AVDLBIKE Warranty Policy

At AVDLBIKE, we take pride in delivering high-quality electric bicycles. Every new e-bike purchased from our website is backed by a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind.

1. Warranty Overview

We guarantee that all AVDLBIKE e-bikes are brand new and fitted with original factory components. If any non-human damage occurs during the warranty period, we’ll provide free replacement parts.

After the warranty expires, customers are responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.
Please note: Used or modified e-bikes are not eligible for warranty service.

Additionally, accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price to help our customers. These accessories are not covered under warranty, except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases.

Manufacturing defects only. No coverage for damage caused by collisions.

Small Mechanical Parts

Kickstand, Pedals, Grips, Chain, Rear Rack, Cranks, Shock Absorbers, Derailleurs

Defective manufacturing covered. Wear and tear excluded.

Electrical Components

Controllers, Displays, Chargers, Cables, Sensors, Brake Levers, Lights

6–12 months

Short circuits and manufacturing faults covered. Water damage and unauthorized repairs excluded.

Motor Assembly

Motors, Halls, Bearings

Factory defects covered. Damage from impact or misuse is excluded.

Battery

Battery Pack, Housing Components

Coverage for faults such as power loss or storage issues. Water damage and external damage are not covered. Replacement batteries inherit the original warranty duration.

 

4. What is Not Covered?

Improper use, storage, or maintenance not following the user manual.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Repairs conducted at non-authorized service centers without written approval.

Normal wear and tear of consumables like tires, saddles, brakes, and cables.

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) from shipping or handling.

Products returned without prior authorization from AVDLBIKE.


 

5. How to Request Warranty Service

Document the Problem: Take clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Contact Us: Email your description, order number, photos/videos, and where you purchased your item to service@avdlbike.com.

Evaluation: Our support team will quickly assess the issue.

Troubleshooting (if needed): Follow our guidance for additional diagnosis.

Resolution: After verification, we will ship replacement parts or advise further solutions.
