Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following information to understand our return and refund policy. This policy applies to electric bikes and accessories purchased through AVDLBIKE.COM. If the conditions listed below are not met, AVDLBIKE reserves the right to refuse an Return or refund.

Products purchased from third-party sellers are not covered by this policy. Please contact the third-party seller directly for their return and refund policy.

Returns Policy

1.30-Day Return 
AVDLBIKE offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your item.

2.Return Deadline
Returns will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, or in the case of e-bikes, the odometer reading must be less than 10 km / 6 miles. All items in the box (charger, keys, battery, etc.) must be included in the original packaging. You must also provide the original purchase receipt.

3.Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

. If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. AVDLBIKE does not cover return shipping costs.

4.Non-Returnable Items (including but not limited to)

(1)Products from unauthorized dealers

(2)Man-made damages

(3)Special/custom orders

(4)Promotional gifts or free items

(5)Online accessory sales (including batteries, chargers, controllers, waterproof covers, locks, etc.)

Additional accessories purchased (If you purchase aftermarket accessories directly from AVDLBIKE, please make sure they are the correct parts before placing your order.)

5.Shipping & Handling Fees for Non-Quality Returns:

For e-bike returns not related to quality issues (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

For battery returns not related to quality issues (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. (Note: We only accept returns for unused batteries.)

To ensure efficient processing of your return and to guarantee your refund, please contact our customer service team before returning any items. (Note: Returns sent to the address without prior notice will not be processed and may result in lost packages.)

7.Order Cancellation
After receiving your order confirmation email, we will begin processing your order within two business days and ship it on the third business day. You may cancel your order before shipment.

 

Refund Policy 


1. Product Quality Issues

Eligible for a full refund or partial refund.

2. Incorrect Items Received

Eligible for a free exchange or full refund.

3. Missing or Damaged Accessories

Eligible for free accessory replacement or partial refund.

4. Package Undeliverable or Lost

Eligible for a free resend or full refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

After Shipment: A €100/  $150 shipping fee per bike applies (final cost depends on courier and will be deducted from the refund).

6. Refund for Price Difference

Eligible for partial refund within 7 days of purchase.

Not eligible after 7 days (a free gift may be provided instead).

Note: AVDLBIKE reserves the right to organize and manage promotional events.

7. Delivery Address Modification

The delivery address cannot be changed once the bike has been shipped.

8. Package Refusal by Customer

A €200 / $200  shipping fee will be charged, or customers must pay €200 / $200 extra for resending.

9. Refund Due to Quality Issues

Within 30 Days: Free return or exchange for defective products. (Note: The €100 shipping fee is non-refundable.)

After 30 Days: Returns are not accepted. Customers may request repair assistance with AVDLBIKE guidance.

Requirement: Customers must provide a video or photo showing the issue before repair can be arranged.

10. Refund for Non-Quality-Related Reasons

Eligible only within 30 days if:

The item is unused, unworn, unopened, or the e-bike shows less than 10 km / 6 miles on the display.

The bike must be free of wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or other signs of use.

The original packaging and all included items (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be returned.

A €100/  $150 restocking and shipping fee per bike will be deducted from the refund.

Note: AVDLBIKE does not cover the cost of replacement packaging.

11. Quality Issues Reimbursement

If you believe your item is defective and was purchased within one year from an AVDLBIKE.COM:

 with photos or videos clearly showing the defect. Our support team will assist with technical guidance.

If the issue cannot be resolved, customers may take the item to a local bike repair shop. AVDLBIKE will reimburse repair costs for confirmed defects.

12.Reimbursement Requirements:
1) A valid printed or digital invoice from the repair shop is required (handwritten invoices are not accepted).
2) The reimbursement amount will not exceed twice the price of the parts used for repair.
3) Only one replacement per part is eligible. Parts damaged again after replacement will not be covered.
4) AVDLBIKE reserves the right to distinguish between defective products and normal wear and tear.

13.Refund Processing Time

When are refunds processed?
We initiate the refund process within seven (7) business days after receiving your returned item and confirming that it is in the correct condition.

How long does it take to receive the refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In most cases, refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 7–10 business days after processing.

Please note: Actual posting times depend on your card-issuing bank’s internal processing procedures. We do not have control over the speed of this process.

What if I have not received my refund after 10 business days?

First, check your most recent credit card statement to confirm whether the refund has been posted.

If you do not see the refund, please contact your card-issuing bank directly to inquire about the status. In many cases, any delay is due to the bank’s processing timeline.
